Support Knoxville Area Restaurants and Front Line Workers

in Community

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.  The FLAG (Front Line Appreciation Group) is expanding into Knoxville!  The first FLAG group was created by a partnership of Chatham and Madison NJ families. The FLAG of Knoxville Facebook page was created based on their successful model.  FLAG of Knoxville is pulling together to help those working on the front lines as well as local restaurants.

Their goal is to create a short term sustainable program that feeds local hospital staff and other front line workers with deliveries from local restaurants during the remainder of the “Safe at Home” order.

Via local restaurants that participate, they are providing individually wrapped meals and operating under a budget to keep this going as long as it is needed. Donations of $10-$20 are most common, but any donation amount is appreciated.
